The Stomp The Yarn Workspace

I live with a short haired dog. Items are secured away from the animal and in a air purified room, but some dander may be present. Before shipping, each item is quarantined and packaged in a air purified room for 24hrs. Due to concern of personal allergies, customers are advised to sanitize items with their preferred products upon arrival. Washing instructions are provided with each item.

When will you restock the store?

The store will be restocked when I have enough items ready. I work a full time job as well as running this store so please be patient if you are waiting for a certain kind of item. 

Can I make a deal with you on the price of your item(s)?

 No.

When will you restock my favorite item?

There is no guarantee your favorite item will return to the store. It is possible I may keep some popular items in the store, but if you  have something that you like, I suggest buying it while it is in stock. 

I saw something online that someone else made. Can you make it for me?

I do not make other people's work unless the pattern has been bought by me and the copyright statement written by the author clearly states that I can sell the items I make from that pattern. Please do not ask me to make something that is a direct copy from the original artist.

I have a commission idea. Are you open for commissions?

 Unless there is a  commission slot listed within the shop or otherwise clearly stated on the site as well as Stomp The Yarn social media, commissions won't be open. 

I ordered a custom item, when can I expect to see it shipped to me?

Custom items, especially those that are complex, are going to take time. Please expect at least 2 weeks for the item to be made. I will NOT rush items. If you are in a hurry or have a deadline, please take that into account when ordering a custom item. If a custom item isn't for you, please consider one of my ready to ship items. 

When will I receive the tracking number for my order?

Tracking numbers will be generated when the shipping label is printed and updated when in the hands of the courier. If you are not seeing any updates on your item, please contact the courier first, not Stomp the Yarn. 

Where is my item?

If you haven't received your order, please contact the courier with your tracking number. 

Do you offer discounts?

Discounts are only offered if I have an active discount code. If there is no code, there are no discounts available.
